RESOURCE RECOVERY PROJECTS

City of Allentown – Consulting Engineer for the City of Allentown 150 TPD waste-to-energy facility.  Provided engineering support for the preparation of the request for proposal (RFP) and assisted in the evaluation of proposals.  Currently serving as the city’s consulting engineer for the review of the project design and startup.  The project will be designed, constructed and operated by Delta Thermo Energy (DTE).

City of Seattle – Lead Mechanical Engineer for a 2,000 TPD waste-to-energy facility siting study.  The work included surveying industrial steam users in the metropolitan Seattle area.

Discipline Supervisor for various Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) plant preliminary designs.  The proposals included conceptual design layouts, preliminary heat balances, cost estimates, and economic evaluations.
