Okeelanta Corporation – Developed the contract for Owners engineer services for 100 MWe bagasse and wood waste fired cogeneration plants at the Okeelanta and Oceola sugar mills.

Williams Lake Generating Station – Discipline Supervisor for the preparation of the preliminary engineering and design of a 62 MW wood waste fired power plant.  The work included preparation of detailed layout drawings, equipment specifications, performance calculations and turnkey cost estimates.

Martell Cogeneration Project – Supervised the independent technical review of the 20 MW wood fired cogeneration plant at Martell, California for Weatherly Private Capital and Union Bank. The work included preliminary design review, construction review, and witnessing plant performance testing.  As part of witnessing the plant performance tests, Ebasco collected boiler and balance of plant data and provided independent performance calculations for the ASME PTC-4.1A boiler performance test and overall operating plant heat balance calculations.  Ebasco also witnessed plant operation and availability during the utility acceptance test. Ebasco is providing continued plant engineering support to the operating plant.

Afton Cogeneration Project – Lead Mechanical Engineer for the independent technical review of the 7.5 MW wood fired cogeneration plant at Afton, Wyoming.  The work included an operational review of the plant. Prepared a report detailing the plants' operational problems and made recommendations to improve availability.

Hoopa Valley Project – Lead Mechanical Engineer for the preliminary design of a 5 MW condensing STG wood fired cogeneration plant for the Hoopa Valley Business Council.  The preliminary engineering included project economic evaluations and fuel supply evaluations.

Seattle City Light – Lead Mechanical Engineer for the preliminary design of 5 MW and 25 MW wood fired power plants for Seattle City Light.  The preliminary engineering included sufficient design to prepare economic evaluations for the plant size alternatives.
