The program will vary in length from twenty to twenty five days and will consist of a series of modules spread over a 12 month period. The modules will be taught in a virtual university environment by world class experts from industry and academia chosen for their expertise in the selected modules.
The content, timing and sequence of the modules will be crafted by a customizing board of each group of executives with similar interests. The customizing board, made up of senior executives from potential customer firms, has the dual role of designing a unique series of modules and nominating a class of participants who will take their modules together.
