Structured cabling like we saw in RBC is needed here. This is a pic of some of the network switches in the EWFMB computer room. At the top are several HP 4000 switches and at the bottom is a Cisco 6506 switch. The cabling is a mess but you can get an idea of the quantity of the computers located in the Computer Room. If network traffic from the FSL in RBC was destined to one of Lehigh's servers it would terminate here after traveling though the switches in RBC, the router in Packard, the backbone switch in either Packard or EWFMB, the router in EWFMB, and finally one of these switches in EWFMB to a server connected on one of these ports!
