From Sacre Coeur, looking out over the city.  That tall building sticking out like a sore thumb is France's tallest building, Tour Montparnasse. Below is the movie screen for the evening's showing.  Even if this photo was taken in panoramic view, you could not get the Eiffel Tower in it because it's obscured by trees to the right.
