Sacre Coeur at Montmarte.  I read somewhere that the church is "calcified," which means that when it rains, it "self-whitens."  But it also means that it can hasten wear on the building material.  Looks fine to me!  That white tent to the left covers two movie projectors.  At the bottom of the hill is a massive inflated movie screen they're pointing at.  We walked up to the church on the right-side walkway, not these steps.  We sat in the church for a little while as mass was finishing up. You aren't allowed to take any pictures inside, and several men stroll all throughout the church to make sure you don't.
