Versailles Courtyard.  This is where I thought it would be impossible for my sister Marlene to walk without breaking a leg or other necessary bone. The cobblestone is really, really uneven.  Versailles was lavish, lovely and far too huge to see in just four hours. We didn't see as much of the gardens as we wanted, but next time we will make that a priority.
