I work at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. as a Sr. Computing Consultant. Some of my responsibilities, in addition to desktop computing support, include teaching Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla Firefox and Productivity Tips seminars. A 1999 graduate of DeSales University with a degree in business communications, I also worked as a freelance writer for the Office of University Communications.
My client services team supports faculty and staff in the College of
Business and Economics, located in the Rauch Business Center. Below
