Following Alumni visited our program recently:
Deborah E. Zajac is a supply chain management professional who specializes in consulting and software implementation. She currently is an Implementation Manager at Celarix, Inc., and ASP software provider for the logistics industry, with 12 competitors i2 and Des Cartes. At Celarix she led the implementation at Sharp Corporation, successfully bringing them live on time, on budget and in the shortest lead-time for the software to date. Previously Deborah worked with Anderson in their supply chain management consulting practice. Her expertise lies in sales, distribution, inventory management, and procurement with a background importing, exporting, and world wide logistics, primarily in durable products and chemical manufacturing. Deborah enjoys volunteering her time to support local refugee family from Kosovo. She pursued her academics studies at Lehigh University, where she was a Trustee and Iacocca Scholar and earned a B.A. in Asian Studies and B.S. in Finance.
Karen Smith graduated in 1999 with a BS
in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Japanese. While at Lehigh,
Karen served as the President for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
She was an Iacocca Scholar and an Executive Tour Guide. Upon graduation,
Karen joined the New Jersey office of Accenture as a Consultant in the
Technology Competency. Since joining Accenture, Karen has worked
in various eCommerce projects in the Financial Services Industry.
She has developed experience in the content management and customer relationship
management aspects of eCommerce, working projects in New Jersey and
Chicago, and spending some time in Austin.
As a consultant with Accenture, Karen is involved
in many phases of each project. In her current role, Karen helped
to design, build, and test an application to increase communication and
collaboration between Financial Advisors and their clients.
