We anticipate that we will have funds to help cover expenses for many of the participants. Priority for support will be given to graduate students, recent Ph.Ds, and members of underrepresented groups, who are especially encouraged to attend. If you wish to request travel support for the conference, please submit this form by May 15. If you have difficulty with this form, send an e-mail explaining your expected expenses and indicating your institution and current circumstances.
This form is not a formal submission for reimbursement. Forms will be available during the conference to submit receipts (we must have original receipts, no copies or e-mail attachments except airline e-tickets). Those who are not U.S. citizens will also need to provide copies of either their permanent resident cards, or passport, visa, and I94 forms.
