Skyscrapers are also like people because:
They get dirty, and need to be cleaned. Window cleaners work high above the ground cleaning windows, and cleaning people regularly clean the inside.
They get "sick" and need help getting better. The "sick building syndrome" hits buildings that are old or have suffered an environmental catastrophe, like the skyscrapers in Kuwait after the big oil fires. The HVAC in these buildings made people sick, and it needed to be fixed before the people could work or live in the skyscrapers again.
They get old, and sometimes need to be restored.
They get in trouble and need help--like from firemen during a fire, or from plumbers and electricians, who help keep them healthy like your doctor does for you!
