Dec2013 LGNC data note (BRH)

Apparently the Envoy8x was misconfigured for which repeaters to use when the SILEX device was finally installed to allow connection of Lehigh Collector2 to link to LGNC Envoy8x via VPN router at end of June.  

Caught the error and fixed it in late November (now receiving signals from W. ridge and E. ridge).
