Start of semester Course Site reminders for Faculty/Staff

As the Fall 2017 semester begins, here are a few important reminders and helpful links to most popular documentation regarding using Course Site.

Course Site course requests

If you plan to use Course Site this semester and have not yet requested your course be created, please go to http://go.lehigh.edu/csrequest and submit a request.

Most common tasks and requested instructions

• Making your Course Site course available (visible) to your students
  Course administration > Edit settings set Visible to Show
• Enrolling your TA(s), Grader(s), and other assignable roles

Getting help

• Occasionally, especially during the drop/add period, you may have students on your roster that do not show up in your Course Site course. For these cases, please submit a Course Access Request.
• Concise documentation covering many Course Site tasks, features, and procedures that you may want to reference as the semester progresses is available
• As a reminder, if you use Turnitin for assignments and copy content from a previous course to your current course, you MUST create new Turnitin assignments as those from a previous course are tied to that previous course only. Documentation is available to refresh your memory and help you get started quickly.
• If you would like to learn about new features or refresh your knowledge about a particular feature, please submit a request via www.lehigh.edu/help and select the Instructional Technology option.
