Announcing campus-wide license for MATLAB & Simulink software

Library & Technology Services (LTS) is pleased to announce campus-wide access to the latest version of MATLAB, Simulink, and 48 companion Toolboxes starting August 1st, 2016.

This license covers on-campus and home use for all students, faculty, and staff.

Instructions and documentation are being finalized and will be posted at http://lts.lehigh.edu. The general processes to install MATLAB are described below:

Public-site computers: installations will continue to be managed by LTS

Other Lehigh-owned computers:

• Existing installations that were obtained through http://software.lehigh.edu should not require modification unless use of a newly offered Toolbox is desired, in which case re-installation will be required.
• New installations can be downloaded from http://go.lehigh.edu/matlab (login required)

Personally-owned computers:

• Creation of a mathworks.com account is required.
• Installations will be downloaded directly from MathWorks.
• Procedures are available at http://go.lehigh.edu/matlab (login required)

This license does not include commercial use of MathWorks products, so if you are using a commercial license, please continue to do so and maintain these licenses separately.
