I landed in telecommunications after graduating from Bucknell University in 1986.   After a two-year stint at American Banker*Bond Buyer, a financial publishing company in New York,  I arrived at Lehigh in 1988 as a communications analyst.   I'm now serving as leader of the Telecommunications Team within Library and Technology Services.  Telecommunications works closely with other teams in LTS' Technology Management group.

Our hard-working team (Lehigh veterans all) is responsible for voice services on campus.   Our main duties include: maintaining the campus voice systems (currently a 6000-line EADS Pointspan M6880 telephone system, an Octel 350 voice mail server, and a Telident E911 notification system); handling moves, adds and changes for telephone, voice mail and network connections; providing operator and directory services to callers on and off campus; and supporting long distance billing.  Visit our web page for more information!
