LUCA: Lehigh University Contracts Administration
Contracts are legally binding documents that must be reviewed by appropriate University offices to ensure the University’s best interests are adequately addressed and protected. In order to better the contract submittal process, Purchasing has created LUCA, a web-based contract submittal process that takes the guesswork out of which department should review a contract. The system automatically routes the contract to the appropriate office for review and provides immediate response to the Submitter indicating the contract has been successfully submitted along with contact information for the reviewing office.
