This is Happy Pub Mix Guy. Found in a serving of Utz Pub Mix. He has been living above the air conditioner in my office since about July 21, 2005. Because of frequent changes in air temperature, he has suffered a serious skull fracture at the left temperal lobe (early signs of weakening are already visible here). I don't expect him to make it much longer.
This is Mr. Weeble Tomato Guy. He came in a batch of home-grown tomatoes given to me by Parveen Gupta on August 29, 2005. Two days later, he began falling over by himself ("Weebles wobble and they DO fall down!"). Upon closer examination, I can see that his "feet" are beginning to dimple, thus creating a serious instability problem. When he can't stand up by himself anymore, I'll dispose of him. Until then, he just keeps me company.
Imagine my surprise when I found this face in a yam from dinner of September 9, 2005. Is that the Elephant Man? My husband's
randomly placed fork stabs gave him a set of eyes. Mmmm, yummy Elephant Man!
By popular demand, I'm posting the meatloaf that went with the above Elephant Man yam, for its brain-like qualities. As gross as this looks, it was quite tasty.
This is a kitty cat face that Dave found in the swirls of his ice cream. The cat is evidently sleeping.

What - A garlic knot, no bigger than 4"x4"
What's remarkable about this chip isn't so much that it has a heart built into it, but that it's eight months old and isn't sporting any hair, mold or little green fuzzies. When I first saw it, I set it aside to take a picture of it for this page. But then I never got around to it, and it got moved time and time again. It was located recently in the back of a cabinet in the kitchen, where it had been long forgotten. And we're still keeping it! We want to see if it ever does begin to break down.
